Nurture yourself today

I wanted to talk to you about the importance of nurturing today. We all need to look after and nurture our inner child on a daily basis. It is so easy to overlook the needs and wants of the child within. Perhaps you need to take some time out to play, have fun and really allow yourself to be carefree, even just for an afternoon. It is so important to schedule time off to just relax and be silly.

Give yourself permission to laugh and engage in activities that make your heart sing. Make sure you give your inner child some love and undivided attention today and you will see the benefits immediately. We often teach our children what we need to learn ourselves, so pay close attention to the lessons that may present themselves to you today.

Are you laughing enough?

I wanted to talk to you about the importance of laughter. Sometimes seeing the humor in a situation and laughing about it all is the best way to shift the energy and change into a more positive outlook. Laughing with love is very healing. Joy really is the highest vibration and anything we can do to bring us closer to this feeling is a good thing. It’s so easy to take ourselves and our lives too seriously. Today’s message is urging us all to let go of stress and tension and focus on what is actually going right in our lives, to put things into perspective. If you need to pick yourself up today, rent a funny movie, watch a comedy on TV or read a funny book. The more joy you can allow yourself to feel no matter what’s going on around you, the more happiness you will attract into your life.

A story of inspiration…

I wanted to share a story with you today. One of the highlights of my latest trip to Lake Como in Italy was a visit to a Mother Mary sanctuary. A beautiful shrine has been built in her honor after she made an appearance there. I didn’t know what to expect before visiting. The blessed Mother has been one of my guides for quite some time and I do feel very close to her but this was a whole new experience. As soon as I stood in front of the small cave where the apparition took place I could really feel her energy very strongly. It was so loving and gentle but yet powerful. I felt like crying and was very touched by her presence. I immediately began receiving messages from her and I had to sit down and start taking notes. Some of the messages I wrote down were of a more private character but I feel inclined to share some of the information I received as I feel it is an important reminder for all of us.

“Open your heart. Share your light with the world. By doing this you are an excellent role model for your children, not just your own but those around you. Be the light that inspires others. Shine so brightly that people around you get uplifted simply by your presence. Be happy, joyful, assertive, powerful, stand strong in your beliefs and don’t let anyone discourage you from pursuing your dreams. You are important and you can make a difference. You all have an important part to play in this world, at this time, and by following your path you are preparing the way for the children in your life to do the same. Don’t hide your light, you have far too much to share to take a backseat in your own life. It is safe for you to open your heart, shine your light and share your truth.”

My family and friends had all gone back to the car by this stage but at that point I wanted to stay there all day. I was standing in the pouring rain but I just couldn’t bring myself to leave, it was such a beautiful experience. My wish is that you listen to her words and go shine your light today, the world needs you!

Being Your Authentic Self

Today we’re talking about the importance of being yourself fully, your true authentic self, letting your true self shine. There is no-one else like you and you are very needed on this Earth. Each of our own individual gifts and talents are like the different players in an orchestra. Each instrument is equally important and needed to make the music. There is no real competition for your life purpose, only you can fulfill your unique mission.

Please don’t compare yourself to others, know that everyone is on their own path with their own individual lessons to learn. You are perfect just the way you are and you are very loveable. By being your true self you give others the opportunity to get to know and love the real you.  Go forth and shine today!

Know that you are supported

Please know that whatever problem you are facing, there is always trustworthy support and guidance around you, 24/7. You are surrounded by angels, especially during difficult times in your life, even if you find this hard to believe.

Call on them for help as they need your permission to interfere because of the law of free will. When you invite them into your life, be sure to listen to the messages you receive and then act on that guidance. The angels communicate with us in many different ways, some people get messages through visions others through a voice in their mind. Some get a deep inner knowing while others get strong gut feelings as signs their prayers have been heard.

Whichever way the angels communicate with you, know that each prayer is always heard and answered, sometimes in ways you didn’t expect so keep an open mind and trust in the messages you receive. And remember that this works even if you don’t believe in angels.

Every day is a new start

Every day is a chance for your to start anew.

In the past, change has always frightened me somewhat, I have felt afraid of the unknown and often wanted things to stay the same so that I could feel safe knowing what to expect. At the same time, I have always pushed myself to overcome this, to face my fears and I am now living a life that is constantly evolving and changing and I love it.

Sticking to a routine might sometimes give you a false sense of security, if you keep doing what you’ve always been doing you will keep seeing the same results and unless you are perfectly happy with everything in your life right now you would probably benefit from some positive changes.

Let’s all embrace change today and know that we are being guided and supported along the way.

This a famous quote by Sheldon Kopp that always makes me smile: “I have never begun any important venture for which I felt adequately prepared”.

I believe the key to success is to start before you’re ready, bite off more than you can chew and then go do it! Small action steps, even one tiny baby-step at a time, will lead you to your goals and the realization of your dreams.

The Universe has big plans for you

Trust that the Universe has a much bigger plan for you than you can ever imagine.

Know that even though things may feel tough right now, you are exactly where you need to be at this moment. Heaven is working behind the scenes on your behalf and your prayers have been heard. Keep the faith and know that the Universe always has a solution and much bigger plans in store for you than you can see right now.

If you feel inclined, call on the Archangel Michael for extra strength, courage and support or lean into Mother Mary’s gentle and nurturing embrace for comfort in times of need. You can do this regardless of religion, this work is 100 % non-denominational.

You are never alone and there is always angelic support available to you 24/7, it really doesn’t matter if you believe in this stuff or not.

Intuition guides your journey

It is so important to trust your gut instinct and follow your intuition in life, and also in business.

Think about a project or business idea you’ve been considering, maybe this post is a positive sign about your career prospect. Maybe the time is right to go ahead and act on that inspired idea you have. You were given these ideas to do them and you have all the resources available to you to make them come into fruition. You are always given the right set of tools to succeed with your mission here on Earth.

Trust that you will be helped along the way. Often times we are not shown the end result straight away, instead we are guided each step of the way. When you complete step A, you will be shown step B and so on.

Know that the Universe has your back, every step of the way and that you are supported, protected and guided throughout your journey.

Reflect before jumping in

Winter represents a time of reflection, transition and release and this is the perfect time of the year to let the old go and welcome the newness of spring and the upcoming summer.

I encourage you to take some quiet time alone to reflect upon your current situation, now is not necessarily the time for action but instead the ideal moment to stop and look at the options at hand before making a decision. Allow yourself the luxury to just be and release the need to force something to happen.

Sometimes things need time to germinate before they can come into full bloom and perhaps the circumstances are not yet right.

Practice patience, faith and trust and know that you are being helped behind the scenes. Take a moment to look inward and listen to your own inner guidance system before moving into action. Instead, enjoy this moment of rest and trust in Divine timing.

Bad days happen and you’re still being cared for

Having a bad day?

Know you are being helped. Trust that things are being worked on behind the scenes, even if you don’t see the results in your life just yet. Trust that your prayers are always heard and answered, sometimes in ways you may not expect.

Try to remain open to endless possibilities and to receiving an outcome you may not have expected or specifically asked for. The Universe has much bigger plans for you than you could ever imagine, just know that you deserve to receive, and it will be given to you.

When you detach from the outcome and release your dreams and desires to the Universe, you will be supported. The process of letting go is the key to manifestation and the more you practice trust, the quicker your wishes and desires will be delivered to you. Stay focused on faith and gratitude today.
